Join us for an 8-week series designed to help you build a strong foundation through mindful breath and core activation in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to refresh the fundamentals, this class will guide you through controlled, low-impact movements that improve core strength, stability, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
Mondays
July 6 – August 31
9:15–10:15 AM
8 weeks - No class on August 3
Cost: $99 + GST for the full 8-week program
Included with your membership, class pass, or drop-in!
Classes are offered both in-studio and online, allowing you to participate in the way that works best for you.
What You'll Need:
Yoga or Pilates mat
Yoga blocks
Foam roller
Pilates ball
Resistance band
Light hand weights (or weighted balls)
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
Water bottle
Participants may practice barefoot or wear grip socks for added stability.
Come move, strengthen, and feel your best while learning the foundations of Pilates in a supportive community setting.
