    Angela Troschke

Health, fitness, and movement have been an important part of Angela's life for many years. A longtime runner and endurance athlete, she has completed five marathons, several half marathons, and two triathlons.

Angela discovered yoga over a decade ago and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Sherwood Park in 2021. What began as a way to deepen her own practice quickly grew into a passion for teaching and sharing yoga with others.

Angela teaches Hatha, Yin, and Flow classes, creating welcoming spaces where students can explore movement, breath, and self-awareness. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and focus on how a pose feels rather than how it looks.

Committed to ongoing learning, Angela has completed additional training in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Practice, Pain Care Aware, and fitness-based movement programs. When she's not teaching, she enjoys strength training, walking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and two mini dachshunds.

Michelle Dionne, E-RYT 500, holds an Intermediate 750-Hour Certification through the Yoga Association of Alberta and brings over two decades of experience to her work as a yoga teacher, meditation instructor, and grief support practitioner.

She teaches to the room and to the bodies that show up, using a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes choice, accessibility, and respect for each individual experience. Her teaching is grounded in presence and the belief that small moments of awareness can create lasting change.

Yogi Dog joins us when Michelle Dionne is teaching! He loves to greet everyone with a hello, then settles onto his bed beside Michelle for class.
