In this deeply nourishing experience, you’ll be guided through Restorative Yoga postures supported by props to encourage effortless release and deep relaxation. We’ll then settle into an extended Yoga Nidra practice, a guided meditation that allows the body to rest while the mind hovers between waking and sleep—supporting nervous system regulation, clarity, and intention-setting for the season ahead.

 Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound during this special New Moon Sound Bath with Charlene Fisher. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, Charlene creates a soothing sonic experience to support relaxation, renewal, and intention-setting in alignment with the lunar cycle. All are welcome—no experience necessary.

Please Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or eye pillow.
