This gentle, accessible class is designed for anyone new to yoga or anyone seeking to reconnect with the basics in a supportive, mindful way. With its focus on the fundamentals of yoga, including basic poses, proper alignment, and mindful breathing techniques, each session offers clear, detailed instruction and plenty of options and modifications to support every body. You'll learn to move safely and confidently, building a strong foundation for your yoga practice in a welcoming, supportive environment.
$120 for all 8 Weeks
