Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a heart-opening afternoon designed to deepen connection, trust, and relaxation. This special Partner Yoga Experience invites couples to move, breathe, and unwind together in a supportive and playful environment.
The workshop begins with partner yoga, where gentle poses and assisted stretches help cultivate communication, balance, and connection—no prior yoga experience required. From there, melt into a deeply relaxing sound bath and guided Yoga Nidra, allowing the nervous system to reset while you rest side by side.
Light snacks will be provided.
