Community Sound Bath - Loving Kindness

Join us for Loving Kindness, a deeply restorative Community Crystal Bowl Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to guide you into a state of calm, balance, and inner stillness.
This one-hour experience is open to all and offered on a Pay What You Can basis to keep it accessible to the community. Space is limited, and these sessions consistently sell out, so advanced registration is strongly encouraged.
