Join yoga instructor Michelle A. and the adorable Gussy Litter from Zoe's Animal Rescue Society for Puppy Yoga. This feel-good class combines all-level Hatha yoga with plenty of playful puppy interaction — all while supporting a wonderful local rescue organization.

Children ages 8+ are welcome when accompanied by a guardian. Please bring your own yoga mat.
