Yoga for Hypermobility: Stability, Awareness & Sustainable Movement
with Christina Sanders
Saturday, September 26 | 12:30–2:30 PM
$49 + GST
Advanced registration required.

Hypermobility is often described as a body that moves easily—but ease of movement doesn’t always mean support.

You may notice that your body can move into deeper ranges, yet still feel unstable, fatigued, or prone to recurring tension. Over time, this can create uncertainty around how to move safely.

This workshop offers a different approach.

Rather than focusing on increasing flexibility, we shift toward:

• Building strength and stability within a supported range
• Improving body awareness
• Creating clear boundaries within the body
• Supporting whole-body coordination

Through yoga therapy, somatic movement, and fascial principles, you'll be guided through gentle, controlled practices that emphasize stability, awareness, and sustainable movement.

This is not about doing more—it's about learning what truly supports your body.

No prior experience is required. Suitable for anyone with hypermobility, suspected hypermobility, or those seeking greater stability and confidence in their movement.
