Brandi will guide you through the fundamentals of yoga, including basic postures, breathwork, and alignment, helping you improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Each class is thoughtfully paced, allowing you to learn, explore, and grow at your own comfort level.

Join us in-studio or online, making it easy to stay consistent wherever you are.
