Quiet Holding: Rest as a Way of Staying
A Winter Nervous System Reset
This four-hour afternoon retreat is a gentle invitation to rest — not as escape, but as a way of staying present through the darker days of winter.
Designed for women who are tired, carrying responsibility, and quietly holding a lot, Quiet Holding offers a soft, supportive space to put the weight down for a while. Through gentle movement, calming breath practices, guided rest, and quiet reflection, we’ll focus on soothing the nervous system and restoring a sense of grounding, ease, and hope.
There is nothing to fix and no expectation to feel a certain way. You are welcome exactly as you are — whether you feel heavy, numb, emotional, or simply exhausted. This afternoon is about being supported, settling into your body, and remembering that rest itself can be deeply sustaining.
You’ll leave feeling steadier, less alone, and gently resourced — with simple practices to help you move through winter with more ease and compassion.
