Join us for a creative and heart-warming afternoon that blends gentle movement, mindful presence, and artistic expression.

The experience begins with a guided gentle yoga class led by Michelle Dionne, with the calming (and adorable) presence of Yogi Dog, designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and spark your creativity. No yoga experience needed—this practice is accessible, grounding, and playful.

After yoga, local artist Audrey Stuckey will guide you step-by-step through a relaxed painting session, offering instruction and encouragement as you create your own unique masterpiece. No painting experience required—just come as you are and enjoy the process.

This workshop is all about community, creativity, and conscious movement. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and connected—plus you’ll take home a piece of art that reflects your afternoon of mindful play.
