A gentle 4-week women’s circle for perimenopause, pelvic health, and life transitions.

Life is full of seasons of change. Rooted & Rising offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported through the physical, emotional, and personal transitions of midlife.

This 4-week series blends meaningful conversation, gentle movement, pelvic floor awareness, and restorative meditation in a small, welcoming group setting. Together, we'll explore ways to build greater connection, confidence, and trust within ourselves while creating community with others on a similar journey.

This program is for you if:

  • You are navigating perimenopause or other life transitions

  • You feel disconnected from your body

  • You are ready to soften, release, and rebuild trust in yourself

  • You are seeking a safe, supportive space without pressure or judgment

Each 75-minute session includes:

  • Welcoming Circle

  • Gentle Movement

  • Pelvic Floor Awareness

  • Guided Meditation

  • Reflection & Connection

No experience is necessary.
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to have all the answers. Come exactly as you are.
