Join us for a 4-Day, 30-Hour Yoga Nidra Training designed to give you the structure, skill, and confidence to guide this deeply restorative practice.

Yoga Nidra is a guided, lying-down meditation that offers profound relaxation and nervous system reset. This training provides a practical, accessible foundation to facilitate Yoga Nidra for yourself or others.

This Training Includes:

  • Suitable for all levels (no teaching experience required)

  • Daily experiential practices

  • Script-led partner exchanges to build confidence

  • Script customization for specific themes or needs

  • Introduction to a simple “Healing Dialogue” process

  • Downloadable manual with scripts and course content

  • Hybrid format: attend in-studio or live via Zoom

  • Full attendance required (30 live hours)

  • Submission of 10 brief practice journals to complete certification

About Anne

Anne has led Yoga Nidra Trainings for 18 years and brings over 36 years of experience in health and wellness education. She is a certified IAYT Yoga Therapist and YAA 1000-hour Yoga Teacher, teaching internationally and online.
