As the Spring Equinox arrives, day and night meet in perfect balance—offering a powerful invitation to pause, reset, and gently awaken. While nature begins to bloom, our nervous systems often need rest before renewal. This workshop honors that rhythm, creating space to restore before we rise.
In this deeply nourishing experience, you’ll be guided through Restorative Yoga postures supported by props to encourage effortless release and deep relaxation. We’ll then settle into an extended Yoga Nidra practice, a guided meditation that allows the body to rest while the mind hovers between waking and sleep—supporting nervous system regulation, clarity, and intention-setting for the season ahead.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, replenished, and quietly energized—rooted in balance and ready to step into spring with ease.
